What this site stores, which is close to nothing.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds nothing from anybody else and makes no request to a third-party server. Fonts, images, scripts and styles are served from ranesta.com and nothing you type into an instrument, a checklist or the profile leaves your device.

Server log files
The hosting provider stores standard access data: the requesting page, the file requested, the status code, the amount of data transferred, the referrer, the browser and operating system, and the IP address. This is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to operate and secure the service, and the data is deleted after seven days at the latest.
Mandates, enquiries, dossier requests and the letter
If you register a mandate, send a seller enquiry, request a dossier or write to the desk, the details you enter are transmitted to us by email and stored for the purpose of answering and, where you ask for it, of matching you with a property. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. Mandates are kept for as long as they are open and deleted on request at any time. If you subscribe to the letter, your address is stored solely to send it; every letter carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the address.
Hotspot votes
A vote in a hotspot poll transmits only the identifier of the poll and the option chosen. No identifier, no IP address and no cookie is stored with it, and the totals are aggregated.
Local storage
The instruments, the checklists, The Ranesta 40 and the light or dark setting use your browser's local storage under the prefix ranesta. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes all of it.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to info@ranesta.com and it will be handled within the statutory period.

This site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
